v2.03 не запускается не на XP не на WIN7-64 (пробовал на двух разных ПК). вообще ни как, ни от имени администратора. v2.02 работает без проблем. у меня одного так?

v2.02 удаляю полностью вместе с папкой. v2.03 устанавливаю поновой. после установки запускаю от имени администратора, программа вообще ни как не запускается ни окон ни ошибок ни чего. удаляю v2.03 ставлю v2.02 работает. пробовал на рабочем на ХР и на домашнем WIN7-64
