Пришел с кодом пользователя , и невозможностью позвонить с SIM2. (Звонок после набора номера , через 4 секунды сбрасывался).

Собственно вспомнив о ситуациях , когда не заливался назад считанный NVRAM на мтк , то решил попробовать залить его назад. Успешно.

Потом repair с галкой "FFS" , успешно решил проблему с исходящими звонками.
