Принесли недавно плайер всё облазил, с трудом нашёл. Выкладываю здесь, может кому пригодится.
1. Make sure the device is not connected to a PC.
2. Download and install the MP3 Player Recovery Device Drivers.
3. Switch off the device with the on/off switch.
4. Remove the battery from the compartment.
5. Start the firmware update software.
6. Press the play button on the MP3 player and keep it pressed.
7. When the firmware updater shows the message Waiting for device detection, connect the MP3 player to the PC (while keeping the play button pressed).
8. Windows should now detect the MP3 player as a recovery device, identified as a STMP3410 or STMP3500 Recovery device, depending on the model.
