1. Remove the UB software
2. Uninstall all the device drivers from Device manager (All other unlocking devices and any USB drivers.)
3. Reinstall the UB in to NEW directory.

4. Open the UB it will still say stack overflow.
4a. Go to Setup (General tab) and click on Refresh and then apply in Communication Platform)
