Users who purchased RIFF Box for long time, and lost connection to their reseller for any reason can contact me. We will repair all boxes for free even if is 3 years old.
Please understand that we need some time to analyze everything, we have thousands of users, and it's not possible to answer everyone at the same time.
Tomorrow is working day, and everybody can contact me in case there is some problem.
