Новый продукт для разблокировки модемов JAMM

1. Add unlock HUAWEI Wi-Fi datacards E583x series (Tested on E5830). Use "HUAWEI" section for it (press UNLOCK).

	In ZTE modems true SW version info can damaged by change some files in their file system. So program will write unknown version or version not supported and can't be unlock it. 
   	In this case program will start detect modem relying on the Release info only.

   -For unlock old KS E1550 with version 11.608.12.00.174 select section "huawei". "Rebuild security NV"=checked; "Enter code"=unchecked; "IMEI" and "NCK" =Empty. Press "Unlock".
   -For unlock MTS PCMCI card EG602 with version 11.003.00.00.222 or other huawei's USB or PCMCI modem (exept special):
       a)"Rebuild security NV"=unchecked;  "Enter code"=unchecked; "IMEI" and "NCK" =Empty. Press "Unlock". Manualy enter NCK code with modem's soft.
       b)"Rebuild security NV"=unchecked;  "Enter code"=unchecked; "IMEI"=modem's IMEI; "NCK" =Empty. Press "Calc". Manualy enter NCK code with modem's soft.
       c)"Rebuild security NV"=unchecked;  "Enter code"=checked; "IMEI" and "NCK" =Empty. Press "Unlock". 
       d)"Rebuild security NV"=checked;  "Enter code"=unchecked; "IMEI" and "NCK" =Empty. Press "Unlock".  (For example, when error counter blocked).

   Read lock status and error counter added.
4. Add unlock/relock (patch method) for MTS E1550 modems with version 11.608.14.11.222. Use "special" section for it.
PS We not supported "flash FW" function for this kind of modems, becouse they have different NAND flash geometry from other type of E1550. 
   Please don't try flash this modems whith FW from other type of E1550 using any tricks. You get a dead device.
