New Service/Shop Manager software beta version free for test

We are pleased to announce that we finished another application following customers express requests for a smaller application for small shops and service centers as an alternative to PhoneTrack system.

This new Service Manager is a stand alone software, working on a single station and allows keeping records of basic activities normally happening throughout the working day:

- Customers with full details on Name, Surname, Address, City, Postcode, Contact Phone Number, Mobile Phone Number.

- Customer Phone Repairs with full details on IMEI, Phone Model, Condition, Phone Seen Working, Battery with Phone, Battery S/N, Reason for Repair, Estimate Given, Other notes, Job Refference Number, Work carried out, Work carried out by, Warranty given, Total amount paid by customer.

- Customer Network Unlocking with full details on IMEI number, Phone Model, Current Operator, Desired Operator, Condition, Phone Seen Working, Battery with Phone, ID proof seen, IDProofType and SN, Estimate Given, Other notes, Job Refference Number, Work carried out, Work carried out by, Warranty given, Total amount paid by customer.

- Phones Bought & Received with full details on IMEI number, Phone Model, Original Operator, Condition, Phone Checked / Tested, Battery with Phone, Purchased from, Reason for sale, ID proof seen,

IDProofType and SN, CEIR security checked ( for UK only ), Amount paid for phone, Other notes, Job refference number, Phone status, Charger, Current Network Operator, Simlock opened, Warranty given,
Total price sold for.

Receipts, invoices and device (job) labels are automatically emitted and can be printed.
