что мне нужен делать вот логи после формата

Какими файлами шил ? С SL500i не перепутал ? Скачай последний MModule и подбирай прошивки по очереди, опция "format ffs" должна быть отмечена.

Логи не приводите, на вопросы не отвечаете, как же Вам помочь то ? Другими файлами шили ? На саппорте 3 флеши для M , под Sharpl и AMD.
