The solution is available from a looong time.
I allredy repaired over 200 i900 Omnia and i8510 Innov8 with this solution.
But you must send the phone or only the phone PCB to me to be repaired.
The reparation cost only 30 Euro.

If you are asking about releasing the solution for public, you can forget about that...
Even if i release it for public are you ready to but the required Jtag interface to use the solution?
The Jtag cost about 5000 Euro (Lauterbach Powertrace 2)
