Очень извиняюсь но не заходил по моей вине.у меня было opera i internet explorer.установил moziila и проблема решена.Всеравно нашел решение благодаря нашему форуму.

можно и другой браузер использовать но сам the_laser рекомендует mozilla firefox

add files.setool.net to firewall trusted zone or allow your browser read/write cookies for that site.
if you do not want to bother with all that stuff, just get and install clean copy of mozilla firefox browser.
