Все сделал по этой инструкции ПО бокса обновилось и работает
Вот сама инструкция для удобства на форуме

1. Close ATF Software
2. Go here:
C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\OpenSSL\DLL_32-BIT
***** YES 32-BIT *****
3. Copy 2 DLL there named:
libeay32.dll
ssleay32.dll
4. Paste it here:
C:\AdvanceBox Turbo Flasher\
***** YES OVERWRITE FILES *****
5. Run ATF Software
***** YES PROBLEM SOLVED *****
