Попробовал восстановить через RiffBox, телефон определялся как qhsusb_dload. Это первая такая операция.

После всего этого ничего не поменялось, снова qhsusb_dload. Как можно решить?

Что изначально было с телефоном? Или уже принесли в таком состоянии? Возможно у вас 'синдром внезапной смерти'?
Как вариант попробовать записать в телефон full_flash, можно взять
отсюда, иначе замена eMMC чипа.
