I have bought a new nokia 3120. But every time when i take off the battery it loses everything what have been saved in memory even the phone book becomes empty. i took it to a phone master.he said that it can be corrected by doing somethings on firmware by griffin clip. one of my friends already has a griffin he reloaded a new firmware v5.54 but the problem still remains. what do i have to do?how can i solve this problem?plz help if you can
