Я так представил подключитл тестер выстовил скорость запустил программу de4x00 выбрал UPDATE и залил в тестер ее?
Остальное меню в программе как я понил нужно для самого тестировани мобил?
Неподскажите еще дорого откалибровать тестер?

Firmware Update Version 5.13 Willtek 4200S series
The latest Firmware can easily be downloaded to your Willtek
420XS.
Requirements are: PC with free Com Port, WIN 95, 98, NT, 2000.
Procedure:
1. Set the Baudrate of the Willtek 420XS. We recommend 38400
Baud. Using this speed, the transfer of the firmware will take
approximately five minutes.
2. Copy the compressed 4200_400.EXE to the PC and decompress it
(just by clicking on it).
3. Start the de4x00 software.
4. Select the right COM Port, where the Serial Data cable is
connected to the Willtek 420XS.
5. Select the corresponding Baudrate of the de4x00 software
6. Choose Firmware Update.
7. Choose the directory where the latest (decompressed) Firmware
is available.
8. Start Firmware Update.
