было несколько аппаратов с такими дефектами
все лечилось очень просто
прошивка Setool-ом main+fs через USB, галки на Signed mode, Complete phone after flash, Unlock during flash
как сказали постом выше : почему прошивали только fs

прошил я посвежее версией и с галками Signed mode, Complete phone after flash, Unlock during flash тоже самое.
P.s. в том логе просто не зацепила рука выбор мейн ... всмысле он прошился (Will flash 693 blocks...)
